Sharing your personal information
Where you provide your information to us you are providing it to RAK Hospitality Logistics LLC. We may share the information you provide with other members of the RAK Hospitality group of companies. We may also disclose your personal information to third parties who provide services you purchase or enquire about, third parties we engage to provide business services (for example payment processing, data storage or data processing services), in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of our assets or one of our group companies to the prospective buyer of the business and their professional advisers, for the detection and prevention of a crime and if required to do so by law, a court order or by a regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction or if we believe that such disclosure is necessary, to protect, defend or enforce our rights.
You acknowledge and agree that we may also transfer your personal information overseas to countries which do not afford the same degree of protection to your personal information, if necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy.
As a general rule, except as specifically referred to in this Policy we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission, to give effect to a request you have made or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personally identifiable information while it is in our possession, however, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted online.
Cookies are features in a browser which assign a unique identifier to your computer. On the Website we use session cookies which are only stored on your computer’s memory during your browsing session. Once the browser is closed the cookies are automatically deleted from your computer. These cookies are never written on the hard drive of your computer and do not collect any information from your computer.
