Crime prevention and legal compliance – in order to prevent and detect fraud and theft, we may use information from our customer records, including how you operate your account and may share this with other retailers and financial organisations and law enforcement agencies who will use the information we share for the same purpose. We reserve the right to disclose any information we consider necessary or appropriate, including for example your IP address, traffic information and usage history.

You acknowledge and agree that we may also transfer your personal information overseas to countries which do not afford the same degree of protection to your personal information, if necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy.
