Is it possible to organize hotel pick-ups outside of Ras Al Khaimah?

Yes it is possible at AED 150 additional charge per way.

 

Where are the pick-up and drop-off locations?

Pick-up and drop-off for all our tours can be arranged from your hotel in Ras Al Khaimah.  Alternative pick-up and drop-off points can be arranged. Simply include all location details when booking online and one of our Safarak specialists will be in contact.

Airport transfers can be arranged from Sharjah Airport, Dubai Airport, Al Maktoum Airport, Abu Dhabi Airport and Ras Al Khaimah Airport. Please select when booking online.

What languages are the tours available in?

All of our certified Tour guides and drivers speak in English, German and Russian.

 

Are vegetarian meal options available for the Tours inclusive of lunch?

Yes vegetarian meals are available.

 

Are there any recommended dress codes for the Tours?

It is recommended that if you are visiting the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque or any other Mosque during your Tour that you dress conservatively. For further information on this please visit: http://www.szgmc.ae/en/plan-your-visit

Otherwise, comfortable, loose clothing, a hat, sunglasses and walking shoes are recommended. Ladies should ensure that knees and shoulders are covered; and that no transparent clothing, cami-style tops or short skirts or shorts are worn. Gents should wear long shorts or trousers and a casual shirt or polo-style shirt.

 

Do you offer child seats or booster seats for children under 7 years?

Child seats are available and required by law for children 0-4 years and require that a private car is booked to fit the seat. Booster seats are required by law for children 5 years and recommended for smaller 6-7 year old children. Child seats and booster seats can be added FREE of charge, please just request this upon booking.

 

In case of bad weather, will the Tour still go ahead?

We will monitor the weather closely and inform guests as soon as possible if a Tour needs to be cancelled.

 

Is the online payment gateway secure?

Safarak takes every precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website/email system, your information is protected both online and off-line.

Include further information on the privacy agreement for the payment gateway.

 

What should we expect to pay on the tour?

The minimum amount per Tour is located under the ‘What’s not Included’ section on the Tours detail page on our website. All other entry fees are covered when paying for your Tour experience.

 

How long in advance must we book and make full payment?

We recommend that you book your tour as soon as all of your travel dates are set. This way we can secure your car for your reservation as soon as possible. Many times our tours can become sold out.

 

What are Cancellation Terms?

Cancellation Policy If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled booking, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled booking, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

 

Can I put a deposit or make a partial payment for a reservation?

Complete payment is required upon booking to secure your chosen experience.
