We know that your plans change sometimes, and that’s why we’ve made it possible to cancel your booking if you need to. Before canceling a booking, however, we suggest that you contact us to see whether it is possible for the operator to accommodate a change of date or time.
Once a booking is made it is not possible to change the scheduled date unless we agree to the change. If you do need to cancel your booking, you can contact us using the details below. Where we cannot alter the scheduled date, any cancellation and associated refund shall be made in accordance with the terms below.
Eligibility for refunds will be calculated as follows:

50% of price
2 days or less
100% of price
Where you book several experiences, our cancellation policy shall be applied by reference to the scheduled date for each individual experience rather than to the booking as a whole or to one experience. As a result different rates of refund may apply for each experience.
We reserve the right to vary our cancellation policy in special circumstances, for example in respect of bookings for larger groups or where an experience has been especially sourced or tailored for you. Where different cancellation terms apply to your booking we will notify you prior to or at the time of booking.
Please note that your experience is only officially cancelled when you receive an email from us confirming the cancellation and your refund status.
In the event of cancellation by you or us, we will not be held liable for the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs or any other costs incurred by you or any third party. Any applicable taxes will be retained and remitted to the appropriate authorities.
This cancellation policy may be superseded by extenuating circumstances or for any other reason permitted under our Terms of Service.
